This site (e2e-cnk.com) is a non-commercial technical demonstration environment used to validate and document Conekta's payment integrations (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay). By using this site you accept the following terms.

1. Purpose of the site

E2E Conekta Integration Sandbox exists solely for the purpose of validating, documenting, and demonstrating Conekta's payment integration capabilities. No real goods or services are sold on this site. Any payment processed is a test or validation transaction initiated by the site operator or authorized personnel.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use this site only as intended:

Do not attempt unauthorized access, reverse-engineering for malicious purposes, or denial-of-service attacks.
Do not use this site to process fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
Do not scrape content for redistribution.

3. Payment processing

All payment processing on this site is handled by Conekta, a licensed payment processor in Mexico. By initiating a payment here, you also accept Conekta's Terms of Service. Apple Pay and Google Pay are governed by their respective providers' terms.

4. No warranty

This site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The site operator does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

5. Limitation of liability

The site operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site. In the event of any disputed payment, Conekta's terms of service govern resolution.

6. Refunds

Since this site does not sell real goods or services, refund requests should be directed to Conekta directly per their dispute resolution process. For any test transaction initiated by error, contact xono10101@icloud.com.

7. Intellectual property

The Conekta name and trademarks are property of Conekta. Apple Pay is a trademark of Apple Inc. Google Pay is a trademark of Google LLC. Use of these marks here is for descriptive purposes within an authorized integration.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mexico City.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
